Information document article 13 EU Reg. 2016/679 - GDPR - Information for processing of personal data collected from the data subject

In compliance with the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679 (European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data- GDPR) we provide you with due information regarding the processing of personal data. The information is provided pursuant to Art. 13 of the GDPR and Art. 130 Privacy Code. The information is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted through links on the domain websites of the owner, who is not to be considered in any way responsible for the websites of third parties.

It is a statement that is also inspired by the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, on Cookies, the Guidelines cookies and other tracking tools of the Italian Data Protection Authority and EDPB Guidelines 05/2020 on consent under the GDPR, adopted on 04.05.2020.

Personal tractable data:
  • Personal data: any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference in particular to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more characteristic features of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity; (C26, C27, C30).
  • Navigation data: data acquired during normal operation of the website that may allow users to be identified, such as IP address, URI notation, request time, method, file size, response status code, and other data related to the user's system.
  • Data communicated by the interested party: optional, explicit and voluntary messages sent to contact addresses and/or form data submission.

3. Recipients or categories of recipients of the data

Personal data provided will be disclosed to recipients acting as data processors (Art. 28 EU Reg. 2016/679) and/or persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and Processor (Art. 29 EU Reg. 2016/679), for the purposes in point 2:

  • Subjects providing services for the website and communication networks, including email, hosting, site management, platforms and CLOUD, ERP;
  • Authorities for legal obligations or provisions of public bodies, upon request.

4. Data transfer outside the European Union

Personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the EEA.

5. Automated process

No decision-making processes based on automatic processing, including profiling, are used.

6. Rights of interested parties

You may assert your rights as expressed in Articles 15–21 of EU Regulation 2016/679 by contacting privacy@grindustries.it. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, and, where applicable, portability of your data. You may also object to processing at any time based on consent and/or legitimate interest. If you believe your data has been processed in violation of the Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority: www.garanteprivacy.it
